Not bad

Taxi driver was friendly and polite however was 30 minutes late to collect us from the airport. Wasn't pleased to be waiting for a taxi I had pre booked and paid £130 for.

Airport pickup

Due to delays my colleague coming in from India was held up in immigration queues. Messaged by the driver to say they cant wait unless charged more every 15 minutes. Had to pay extra in the end as had no choice.
